Question About Sony Camcorder DCRHC28
The camcorder will not allow the door to close and...

The camcorder will not allow the door to close and the tape to go in... the part that is obstructing it clearly says "do not push" on it - it previously smoothly and mechanically went down and inside when you pushed the door closed - but not it will not close at all. I don't want to push it! What do I do?
