Question About Sony Camcorder CCD-TRV108
video not coming out...

We have a CCD TRV108 and it was working fine until a little condensation problem. well we cant open up were the cassette goes. the screen displays C:31:30 and ejecting the cassette does nothing it's stuck. what do we do? i
