Hi we have an Sony FKC-300X digital passport system (serial10004447) which has worked fine until recently when the camera now keeps freeezing not allowing the user to proceed unless you switch off at the power supply thus ressetting the camera then it works fine for awhile Could you advise if a firmware update is available which may help or any other advice you may have grahamdixon@hotmail.com
