Question About Sungale Digital Photo Frame TD350A
unit will not power on, even after hours of charging...

I have yet to be able to view anything, including pre-stored content, on my new device. I have charged it in both the "on" and "off" settings, and have changed electrical plugs. The charging light (red) comes on, but no image will display and no menu appears. seems to be broken, even though it's fresh out of the box. HELP!!
