set up problem...

lcd pc monitor does not connect with the vcr itself. unable to set up vcr as the lcd monitor does not show the set up menu screen at the critical time in a proper way. Flickering and garbled. how to solve the problem? pc lcd monitor used: hitachi CMLX55-XWV
