Question About Traveler Digital Camera DC9900
Can't Move Pictures from Camera to computer??...

I can take pictures and can see them on the camera. But I can't seem to access pictures on my computer. Computer recognizes "Portable Device Installed with camera Icon showing. Camera is set to "PictBridge" but Hour Glass on screen just keeps running. Batteries have been replaced and are new. Please Help. Thanks - John
