MY OPERATING SYSTEM IS WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL 2002 - REMOVED MEMORY CARD TO ADD PICTURES AND WINDOWS WILL NOT FORMAT IT - PURCHASED A NEW MEMORY CARD - GET SAME MESSAGE (WINDOWS CAN NOT FORMAT)! ANY IDEAS?
