Question About VistaQuest Digital Camera Digital Camera VQ715

My flash on my camera is not working. Is it due to the strength of the batteries that is needed for it to work?

0 I loaded the driver for my new VISTA QUEST VQ715, but when I plug the camera to the USB on computer, the computer does not show my photos. The computer is apparently not finding the driver. The pdf photo software on the CD does not load on computer but gives error message wanting higher version of windows. It is suppose to work with my Windows 98, but must think I have a lower version of Windows.
