I am having a problem transferring pictures from my laptop to the picture frame. I get error message on my computer "USB Device Not Recognized". I tried loading the pictures onto a flash drive and that doesn't work either. I bought 2 of these picture frames and the other one I was able to download pictures no problem. Is there something wrong with this one?
