4 It is a shame that we have gotten so automated that we cannot offer a customer a manual when we purchase these cameras. You cannot just pick up a printed manual which came with the camera to look up some problem, without having to spend 30 minutes looking up the information on line. Some of us do have other things to do each day except staying on a computer all day. long.
