0 Fully charged and when I turn the camcorder on the screen lights up and says processing. Immediately the screen goes black and the green light stays on showing that it has power and the red light on the front of the camcorder below the lens stays on.. It connects to the computer to download the images as normal. I thought there may be some way to factory reset the device but I can't find reference to it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
