Question About Vivitar Digital Camera DSC 350 digital camera.
camera does not start up...

my Vivitar DSC 350 digital camera just beeps when I load it with batteries. It has not been in use for almost a year and I cannot locate my user manual. I would like to know what might be the problem or what can be done.
