FLASH PROBLEM...

i HAVE MY CAMERABUTSOMETIMES WHEN I TURN IT ON THE FLASH BOTTOM DOESN´T WORK AND SOMETIMES IT DOES, I CHECKED ALREADY ON THE MANUAL HOW TO BUT THERE ARE NON DIRECTION, CAN YOU HELP TO LET ME KNOW HOW TO ACTIVATE THE FLASH BOTTOM BECAUSE WITH THE LEFT BOTTOM DOESNT WORK. THANK YOU
