GET OUT OF MACRO...

I JUST GOT A NEW CAMERA XO29, BUT IT SET TO TAKE THE PICTS IN MACRO AND I CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO. I LOST LIKE 50 PICTS, CAUSE ALL THE PICTS IS WAY BLURRY AND OUT OF FOCUS!!!! AND I DONT HAVE A MANAUL, FOR THIS CAMARA, EITH, SO CAN U HELP ME, B4 I CRACK UP? MARTY
