HELP...

I HAVE RECENTLY BEEN TO LONDON AND TOOK LOTS OF PHOTO'S. I HAVE COME TO UPLOAD THEM AND INSTED OF CLICKING EXIT ON THE CAMERA, HAVE CLICKED FORMAT ON ACCIDENT. NOW ALL MY PICTURES FROM LONDON HAVE BEEN LOST. DO YOU KNOW IF I CAN GET THEM BACK? THANKS
