hi,i brought a vivitar video mini camercorder back...

hi,i brought a vivitar video mini camercorder back in august,i have the following set backs, 1,i cannot seem to set this up via windows media player, 2,i cannot seem to install the disc that was supplied with this product, 3,the installation disc did show on screen,unfortunatly not now
