I need help finding a manual on how to use the Viv...

I need help finding a manual on how to use the Vivitar D.C. with 2.1 MG MID#0010810 as well as one for Serial #13EO-1010004539 I do not have the manuals for either or but have the Disks that came with them. Please help as I have not one to help me resolve this matter. Thank you in advance for your time and patience.
