Question About Vivitar Digital Camera ViviCam X345
Lense stuck open...

I've been having a problem with this camera for a few months now. I turned it on & the zoom lense went out, but no pictures on screen & the lense won't go down when I turn it off. I just bought a new battery & still same problem. Camera turns on but no pic & lense is stuck. Please help
