Question About VuPoint Solutions Camcorder DV-DA1-VP
can't download the video's only the photos...

we can down load the photos BUT the videos will not .My husband said that we need a cd to download.I don't remember having a cd that came with my DV-DA1-VP Please Help.ALso is thier someone that I can talk to live?

0 There is no CD that will help you download videos, unless you're talking about the process of setting up the "mass storage feature". After you set the camera to function in "mass storage mode", then all you need to do is copy the video files from the camera to your computer (the camera looks like a USB device to your computer).
