My son lost everything that came with his camcorder, instructions, CD for device drivers, everything except the camcorder itself. We aren't sure how to get our pictures from the camcorder. It says driver wasn't installed properly, when we connect to computer. We tried to go to the VuPoint Solutions website to download the driver, but it was not listed anywhere? Please help.
