I put in an SD card and the busy light stays on an...

I put in an SD card and the busy light stays on and the company logo is stuck on the screen. I can't turn it off. Only way to get rid of screen is to remove battery. Without SD card, the screen appears normal with all the logos, etc and even takes pictures (I suppose to internal memory) Can you help? Where can I get it repaired?
