Connecting the Camera to High De nition (HD) TVs

Press the a button for about a second to turn the camera on. Only the
button icons appear in the camera display; pictures and movies are played
back on the TV. Note that the camera volume controls have no e ect on
sounds played on the TV; use the television volume controls to adjust the
volume.
While the camera is connected, pictures can be deleted (P 58) and rotated
(P 68). You can also view pictures in playback zoom (P 54), muti-frame play-
back (P 56), slide show (P 93) and photobook (P 63).
