If... Try one or more of the following
The computer does
not communicate
with the camera.
■ Visit www.kodak.com/go/c610support.
■ Turn on the camera (see page 2).
■ Install new batteries (see page 1) or charge rechargeable batteries.
■ Connect the USB cable to camera and computer port (see page 27).
■ Install the software (see page 26).
■ Disconnect the USB cable. Close all software applications. Re-install
the software (see page 26).
■ Disconnect camera from the computer. Close all software applications,
reconnect camera.
Cannot transfer
pictures.
(The Add New
Hardware Wizard
cannot locate
drivers.)
■ Disconnect the USB cable. Close all open applications. Re-install the
software (see page 26).
■ Disconnect the USB cable. Close all software applications. Re-install
the software (see page 26).
If... Try one or more of the following
Memory card
requires
formatting
■ Insert a new card (see page 3) or format the card (see page 21).
Caution: Formatting a card deletes all pictures and videos,
including protected files.
Memory card
cannot be read
