    ink lights not lit up    followed setup inst's but ink lights not lit.calib'n takes in paper, sounds like it's printing but produces blanks.I have checked both c'trges and they appear to be ok.What next?

    changing cartridges    seems every time i change my cartridge/s I have to reload the software that came with the printer, WHATS UP with this? I do not want to reload the phots I have in album and in the gallery, Last 2 times that happened, so how do I reload just the software for the printer?
