1 Rotate the mode dial to OFF.
p Check that the status indicator has gone off.
2 Open the LCD monitor and then
open the SD card slot cover.
3 Insert/remove the SD card.
p Press the SD card straight in as far as it will go.
p Press the centre of the SD card and then pull it
straight out.
4 Securely close the SD card slot
cover.
Rotate the mode dial to switch to recording,
playback or power OFF.
While pressing the lock release

Use the joystick to select the recording functions
and playback operations, and to operate the
menu screen.
Move the joystick up, down, left, or
right to select a setting or scene,
and then press the joystick to set it.
Select by moving up, down, left, or right.
Set by pressing the centre.
1 Press the MENU button, then
select [LANGUAGE] and press
the joystick.
2 Select [English] and press the
joystick.
