Protection from accidental erasure Protección contra el borrado accidental
✤ You can protect important images from accidental erasure.
■
If you execute FORMAT, all images including protected
images will be erased.
1. Set the power switch to M.PLAY.
■
The last recorded image appears.
■
If there are no recorded images on the Smart Media Card,
NO STORED IMAGE! and
will display on the screen.
2. Using the (FWD) and (REW) buttons, search for
the still image that you want to protect.
3. Press the MENU button.
4. Turn the MENU DIAL to highlight MEMORY and push the
MENU DIAL.

The submenu of MEMORY SET will appear.
5. Turn the MENU DIAL to highlight PROTECT and push the
MENU DIAL.
6. Using the MENU DIAL, select the method and push the
MENU DIAL.

THIS FILE : protects the currently selected file from erasure.
7. Using the (FWD) and (REW) buttons, search for the
still image that you wish to protect.
■
Deactivate the image protection for the image following
step 5.
8. To exit the menu, press the MENU button.

Si ejecuta FORMAT, todas las imágenes, incluidas las
protegidas, se borrarán.
1. Ajuste la videocámara en la modalidad M.PLAY.

Aparece la última de las imágenes grabadas.
■
Si no hay ninguna imagen grabada en la tarjeta, aparecerán
en la pantalla las señales NO STORED IMAGE! y .
2. Mediante los botones (FWD) y (REW), busque la imagen
que desea proteger.
3. Pulse el botón MENÚ.
4. Gire el DIAL MENÚ hasta resaltar MEMORY y después púlselo.

Aparecerá el submenú MEMORY SET (ajuste de la
memoria).
5. Gire el DIAL MENÚ hasta resaltar PROTECT (proteger) y
después púlselo.
6. Mediante el DIAL MENÚ, seleccione el método y después
púlselo.

THIS FILE protege contra el borrado el archivo seleccionado.
7. Busque la imagen que desea proteger mediante los botones
(FWD) y (REW).
■
Para desactivar la protección de una imagen, siga el paso 5.
8. Para salir del menú, pulse el botón MENÚ.
