+ The Date/Timefunction works in Camera/Player/M.Cam/M.Player modes.
4, The Date andTime are automatically recordedon a special data area of the tape.
1. Set the Power switch to CAMERA or PLAYER.
2. Set the Modeswitch to TAPEor MEMORY.
3. Pressthe MENU button.
• The menu listwill appear.
4. Movethe Menu selector to the left or rightto select Display, then pressthe
Menu selector.
5. Movethe Menu selector to the left or rightto select Date/Time, then press the
Menu selector.
6. Movethe Menu selector to the left or rightto select the Date/Timedisplay type,
then pressthe Menu selector.
• Display type of the Date/Time: Off, Date, Time, Date&Time.
7. Toexit, press the MENU button.
[ Notes ]
• The Date/Time will read 12:00AM JAN. 1,2005 inthe following conditions.
During playback of a blank section of a tape.
If the tape was recorded before setting the Date/Time in the Camcorder.
When the Lithium battery becomes weak or dead.
• Before you usethe Date/rime function, you must set the clock. See Setting the Clock on page 27.
