Selectingthe Digital Effects
1. Set the Power switch to CAMERA.
2. Set the Modeswitch to TAPE.
3. Pressthe MENU button.
• The menu listwill appear.
4. Movethe Menu selector tothe left or rightto select Camera, then pressthe Menu selector.

5. Movethe Menu selector to theleft or rightto select Digital Effect, then pressthe
Menu selector.
6. Movethe Menu selector to the left or rightto select the desired digital effectmode,
then pressthe Menu selector.
7. Toexit, press the MENU button.
• The display mode isset to the selected mode.

• TheMosaic,Mirror,Emboss2,Pastel2and16:9WidemodesarenotavailablewhileDiS orColorNite
areinuse.
• DigitalEffect modes are not availablewhile EASY.Qis inuse.
• OnceDIS,EASY.Qor ColorNite isset,Mosaic,Mirror,Emboss2,Pastel2or 16:9Widemodewill be
released.
• DigitalZoomis notavailableinthe Mosaic,Mirror,Emboss2,Pastel2or 16:9Widemode.

Digital Effect modes other than Mosaic, Mirror, Emboss2, Pastel2 and 16:9 Wide are available while DIS is in use.
Photo image recording is not available inthe 16:9 Wide mode.
