Digital Still Camera Mode

+ You may takestill images in M.Cam mode andstore the imageson the Memory Card.
This function is useful when you want to take asnapshot of a subjectwhileyou are using the Camcorder.
+ You cantake photos using the remote control.(SC-D457 only)
+ Audio will not be recorded with a Still image onto the Memory Card.
1. Set the Power switch to CAMERA.
2. Set the Modeswitch to MEMORY.
3. After framingyour object to record,fully press the PHOTO buttonto take the picture.
• The picture is taken and saved in the Memory Card withina few seconds.
• Takinganother picture withinthis interval is notpossible.
• The _ _, indicator appears on theLCD screen duringthe time it takes to save the image.
[ Notes ]
• Still images are saved inthe Memory Card in an 800x600 format.
• The number of still images that can be stored depends on the quality of the image.
