2. Provide selection of languages from English, French, German,
Japanese and Spanish.

5. Five levels of operator privileges shall be available.
a. Admin level shall have full access to all functions.
b. Operator1 level shall have access to all functions except
Network settings.
c. Operator2 level shall have access to all functions except
configuration settings.
d. Download level shall be restricted to downloading recorded
images only.
e. Guest will be restricted to monitoring live video only.
6. Provide Day & Night function allowing automatic changeover from
color mode to B&W mode as well as removal of an IR cut filter
during low light operation.
7. Automatic mechanical back-focus via manual and one-touch
controls locally to the camera or remotely via the web. Camera
shall have advanced programmable motion detection. Selectable
modes include
a. Motion Detection
b. Motion Masking
c. Off.
8. Human Face Detection shall be available in both Detection and
Masking modes selectable by area.
a. Up to 32 faces shall be detectable at once.
b. The camera shall tune BLC via detected faces
c. The camera shall be able to transmit an alarm based on
detecting one or more faces and motion detection at the same
time in the scene.
9. The camera shall support digital trip wire functionality at no
additional cost
a. Up to 8 digital tripwires shall be configurable with independent
controls for length, angle, vector (left to right, right to left or
both) and tripwire sensitivity.
b. Up to 4 areas shall be configurable.
10. The camera shall support Back Light Compensation (BLC) circuitry
11. Provide HD image recording to an on-board SD memory card slot
(card optional)
12. Provide flexible on-board recording capability allowing recording by
Alarm (motion or input 1/2) including programmable pre-alarm
recording, or Back-up in the event of loss of network.
13. Provide internal verification whether or not any electronic alteration
was made to original images.
