4-8-1 Layout of the Status Display on the
Viewfinder Screen
All items that can be displayed on the viewfinder screen are shown
below.

1 Extender indicator
This indicator appears when a lens extender is used.
2 Zoom position indicator
1)
This indicator indicates the approximate position of the variator

of the
zoom lens, between wide angle (W) and telephoto (T).
3 Cassette number indicator
This shows the cassette number.

2) Variator
A group of lenses that are moved to adjust the focal length.
