Selecting a Shooting Mode

Set the shooting mode dial to the desired mode (a).
In the and modes, use the or button (b) to select a
shooting mode.
Shooting Modes
Auto The camera automatically selects settings.

selected, the camera automatically adjusts settings for optimal
shooting.

Night scene
Allows you to capture human subjects against the
backdrop of an evening sky or night scene. The flash
is directed at the person and the shutter speed is
slow, so both the person and the background can be
beautifully shot.
