ZZooming the image
Turn the zoom dial to zoom in or out during shooting.

MEMO
• The brightness and color of the screen shown during
movie recording may differ from those shown before
recording begins.
• The focus, exposure and white balance will be
automatically adjusted to the scene being shot even
after recording has started.
• If recording is stopped immediately after it begins,
1 second of the movie is recorded onto the Memory
Card or internal memory.
CAUTION
• Because a movie is recorded onto the Memory Card or
internal memory as it is saved, it cannot be recorded
correctly if the camera suddenly loses power (if the
batteries run out or the AC power adapter is
disconnected).
• A movie file taken by FinePix S5700 / FinePix S700 /
FinePix S5800 / FinePix S800 may not be playable on
other cameras.
• EVF/LCD MODE in the U SET-UP menu is
automatically set to 60 fps (➝p.167).
• Because sound is recorded concurrently with the
images, make sure that you do not cover the
microphone with a finger, etc. (➝p.14).
• Camera operation noises may be recorded during
movie shooting.
