Electronic shutter can be set in the range of 4 to 1/100,000 second.
Shutter speed setting value can be derived as follows.
OFF_SPEED = 15 (HV-F22), 30 (HV-F31).
• Cause of shutter speed ≦ (1 / OFF_SPEED)
a) Setting value obtained from fluorescent time.
