2. Maximum Order Limitations:
Contract clause allows Kodak to accept orders above the maximum
order limitations.

4. Geographic Scope of Contract:
The 48 contiguous states, District of Columbia, Alaska, and Hawaii.
5. Production Point:
Worldwide Manufacturing Facilities in US, Europe, Canada,
Australia, Mexico. Products on this contract comply with the Trade
Agreements Act.
6. Prices shown herein are net (discount deducted).
Note: If changing economic conditions cause an increase in the
commercial prices of these items, the Economic Price Adjustment
Clause of this contract allows the contractor to request adjustment of
the contract price.
7. Quantity Discounts:
No additional quantity discounts offered.
8. Payment Terms:
Net 30 Days.
9. Payment by Credit Card:
Kodak will accept the government commercial credit card for oral or
written delivery orders. Returns will be credited to the cardholder's
credit card.
10. Foreign Items:
Worldwide Manufacturing Facilities in US, Europe, Canada, Australia,
Mexico. Products on this contract comply with the Trade Agreements
Act.
11. Time of Delivery:
A. Within 10 Day ARO.
B. Air or other premium transportation can be provided when
specified in the purchase order. Such premium transportation charges,
less an allowance for transportation normally used by the contractor,
will be billed separately on the invoice.
12. FOB Point:
Prices shown are FOB destination within 50 states as well as the
District of Columbia. The method of transportation will be selected by
contractor.

15. Warranty:
Batteries are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship.
If a Kodak battery fails to perform to your satisfaction, we will replace
it. Any device damaged by a Kodak battery due to such defect will be
repaired or replaced.
16. Export Packing Charges
Eastman Kodak Company standard commercial domestic packaging,
packing and marking will be used except as stated below:
APO and FPO
Export packing, sufficient to meet requirements of the U.S. Postal
Regulation 126.2, is required on all APO and FPO Shipments.
Other Overseas Destinations
Commercial export packing is available from Eastman Kodak
Company. The following applicable charges must be noted on the
face of each order requiring and/or requesting export packing--2.5% of
the order with a minimum of $5.00 per destination.
Export packing is only available from Rochester, New York or
Honolulu, Hawaii.
