Problem Symptom Cause Solution
The camera
will not work.
Nothing dis-

The battery is dead.
The auto-power-off func-
tion has turned the cam-
era off.
The AC adapter is not
connected properly.
Replace battery (p. 14).
Press the main switch to
restore power. The length of
the auto-power-off period can
be changed in section 2 of the
setup menu.
Check that the adapter is con-
nected to the camera and a
live electrical outlet (p. 16).
The section covers minor problems with basic camera operation. For major problems or
damage, or if a problem continues to reoccur frequently, contact a Konica Minolta service
facility.
Shutter will
not release.
“0000” is dis-

frame counter.
