DISPLAYING PICTURES PROTECTION

You can display the pictures you have
taken on the LCD monitor.
You can prevent accidental erasure of
frames you want to keep.
This function works when the lens cover is closed.
1 Press the Previous (–) button to see the previous frame.
Each time you press the Previous (–) button, the preceding
frame will appear.
2 Press the Next (+) button to see the next frame.
Ⅲ Each time you press the Next (+) button, the succeeding
frame will appear.
Ⅲ Wait until the picture is fully displayed before pressing
any buttons.
Ⅲ If similar pictures have been taken consecutively, the
LCD may not appear to change.
This function works when the lens cover is closed.
1 Display the frames and select the frame you want to keep.
2 Press the protect button to protect the selected frame.
Ⅲ The Protect indicator appears in the upper right corner of
the LCD monitor.
3 To cancel protection, press the protect button again.
Ⅲ The protected frame cannot be deleted until you press
the Protect button again.
Ⅲ Protection and its cancellation are also possible in the
Multi-Display mode (see page 39).
