About the PL filter window
A PL filter window is attached to the bayonet-type hood included with the lenses below to
make manipulating the polarizing filter easier.

CAUTION
The PL filter window cap of the DA
55mm f/1.4 SDM cannot be attached or removed with the
hood attached to the lens. Remove the hood from the lens to attach or remove the window cap.
