When the wind cut is on, some low pitchedtones sounds are eliminatedalong with the sound of the wind.
1. Set the Power switch to CAMERA or PLAYER.
2. Set the Modeswitch to TAPE.

3. Pressthe MENU button.
• The menu listwill appear.
4. Movethe Menu selector tothe left or rightto select Record, then pressthe Menu selector. \ _Nove_Select_Exit /

5. Movethe Menu selector to the left or rightto select Wind Cut, then press the Menu _Y __

6. Toactivate the Wind Cut function, move the Menu selector to the left or right to select On, then
pressthe Menu selector.

7. Toexit, press the MENU button.
• Wind Cut([P']) icon will be displayed.

Make sure Wind Cut is set to off when you want the microphone to be as sensitive as possible.
