Troubleshooting (continued)
The PhotoWise software can’t find the camera.
• The serial cable may be connected incorrectly. Check the cable and its
connections.
• The camera may be turned off. Turn on the camera by sliding the lens
cover to the right.
• The batteries may be too weak. Replace them.
• (Windows users) The serial port setting may be incorrect. Verify the set-
ting following the instructions that came with your Windows software.
• There may be an internal device conflict in your computer. Check the
documentation that came with your computer and/or operating system
software.
