Herearethemostcommonproblems:
Whenpressingthemodebutton,thecameradoesnotturnon:
Batterylevelislow.Youshouldchargethebatteryformorethan6hours.
Thecameracannotdownloadphotos,ordisplays“nophotos”:
Restartthecomputerandreconnectthecamera.CheckthatthefolderDual
ModeCameraisintheControlPanel/Systemsettings.Ifthedeviceisnot
present,thendisconnectthecameraandreinstallthedriveragain.
Ifthecameradriverwassuccessfullyinstalled,butstillyoucan’tseeimages,then
disconnectthecamera,uninstallthesoftwareandrestartyourcomputer.
Finally,reinstalltheDriverandapplicationsoftwarefromtheCDagain.Then
reconnectthecameratothecomputer.
