This mode provides the best Scene position setting for the
scene being shot. Choose from 15 types of scene.
Select the Scene position setting in the SCENE
POSITION menu.
MEMO
• See p.59 for information on the available flash modes.
• When anything other than and in the Shooting
mode is selected, p-CHROME (➝p.72) cannot be
set.
• AF-assist illuminator does not fire in ,, ., , ,
, , and mode.
• Only AUTO can be selected for the ISO (sensitivity)
setting.

About and of the Mode Dial
The camera enables to set the scene position for and
separately.
For example, select H for and , for separately
at traveling. The setting combination can be used for variety
of shooting scene. The menu options of and are
the same. However the options cannot be set for both
and .
Set the Mode dial to / .
