Connecting to a printer
AConnect the camera to your printer using the USB
cable (mini-B).
BConnect the camera to a printer before turning the
printer on. Press w for about 1 second to turn the
camera on.
CThe following screen appears on the LCD monitor after
a moment.
Use the AC-3VX (sold separately) when FinePix A400 /
FinePix A500 is connected to a printer for long periods.

• If the screen of step C does not appear, check whether
the USB MODE setting is ® PICTBRIDGE.
• Depending on the printer, some functions are disabled.
