4. PREPARATION
Loading the Battery into the Camera
Please load 3 AAA batteries into the battery compartment according to following steps:
(1) Slide the battery cover in the direction indicated by the arrow:
(2) Insert the batteries as indicated on the inner side of the cover.
(3) Note correct polarity as shown below diagram.
(4) Close and lock the battery cover.
Note:
u Exercise caution when opening the battery cover to
avoid damaging the battery compartment cover and
hinges.
u If you remove the battery from the camera, you will
need to set the date and time again the next time you
reinsert the battery and use the camera.
