Selecting the on-screen date/time
display
To select the date/time display:
• Press (DISPLAY) repeatedly to cycle through the
available clock displays until you find one that you
like.
Fit to screen ON
OFF
When this option is set to
ON, movies formatted for
wide-screen will be
converted to standard (4:3)
format to fill the entire
screen. When OFF,
widescreen movies will be
shown in their original
format, with black bars
shown on the top and
bottom of the screen.
Display mode Description
Large display
with background
image
Displays the date, time, and day of
the week with large-sized text in
the center of the screen with full
slideshow background images.
Note: This option is not available for
video playback mode.
