speak with a customer support representative. Before you call, have the camera or
dock connected to your computer. Be at your computer, and have the following
information available:
■ Computer model, Operating system
■ Processor type and speed (MHz)
■ Amount of memory (MB) & free hard
disk space
■ Camera serial number
■ Version of Kodak EasyShare software
■ Exact error message you received
