TROUBLESHOOTING
Refer to the symptoms and measures listed below before sending the camera for repairs. If the problem persists, contact
your local RadioShack.
Power Supply
Symptom
Power does not come on.
Power cuts out during use.
Power does not go off.
The battery runs out quickly.
The battery or camera becomes warm.
Cause
The battery is not loaded.
The battery is exhausted.
The camera was left unattended and
unused, so the auto power off cuts it off.
The battery is exhausted.
Power circuit malfunction temporarily.
It is being used in extreme low
temperature.
Many shots are being captured in dark
places inside, requiring flash.
The battery is not fully charged.
The battery is not used for an extended
period of time after charged.
Long period of continuous use of the
camera or the flash.
Solution
Load the battery.
Recharge or use the AC adapter.
Turn the power on.
Recharge or use the AC adapter.
Reload the battery. If using the AC
adapter, reconnect it.
Move the camera to a warm place.
Recharge the battery.
Fully charge the battery and
discharge it for at least one complete
cycle before use to maximize its
performance and lifetime.
This is normal. The camera will cool
when unused for several minutes.
