Saving the pictures captured by a camera as
a moving picture file onto MEMORY STICK
1. Check whether MEMORY STICK is inserted into the camcorder.
If it is not in the camcorder, insert it onto the slot.
2. Set the mode switch to MEMORY STICK position.
3. Set the power switch to CAMERA mode.
4. Press the START/STOP button, the images which are
being captured are recorded
as a moving picture of MPEG4 type onto MEMORY
STICK.

You can record 10~20 seconds continuously
in once by the recording object.
■
You can record a camera still image onto memory
stick by pressing the Photo key instead the
START/STOP button.
5. Press the START/STOP button to stop the recording.
Notes
■
Before using the MPEG REC function, check
whether the MEMORY STICK is inserted into
the camcorder.
■
Moving pictures can be made in two sizes,
160 ✕ 120 or 320 ✕ 240 (Pixel).
■
Moving images that you recorded are saved in *.asf file
format on the memory stick.
■
You can record the moving picture images as 320 x 240
pixel or 160 x 120 pixel.
■
The file that you recorded are saved in a following folder.
■
The moving picture images on a Memory Stick are
smaller size and lower definition than one on Tape.
■
The sound is recorded in type of mono.
■
The following functions are not allowed in M.REC Mode.
- DIS (Digital Image Stabilizer), Digital Zoom,
Fade, Program AE, Digital Effect, Slow Shutter.
■
While you record in Memory Stick, don’t insert or eject the tape or it
could be recorded the noise.
■
While you record in Memory Stick, don’t eject it or it might break the
data on the Memory Stick or Memory Stick itself.
MPEG REC
Grabación de las imágenes captadas por la cámara como un
archivo de imágenes en movimiento en el MEMORY STICK
1. Compruebe que haya un MEMORY STICK introducido en la
videocámara.
En caso negativo, introduzca uno en la ranura.
2. Ajuste el interruptor de modalidad en la posición
MEMORY STICK.
3. Ajuste el interruptor de la videocámara en la
modalidad CAMERA.
4. Pulse el botón START/STOP (inicio/parada).
De este modo las imágenes captadas se
grabarán como un vídeo de tipo MPEG4 en el
MEMORY STICK.

Usted puede grabar 10~20 segundos
continuamente de una sola vez.
■
Puede grabar una imagen fija en el Memory Stick
pulsando el botón PHOTO (fotografía) en lugar de
START/STOP.
5.
Pulse el botón START/STOP para detener la grabación.
Notas
■
Antes de utilizar la función MPEG REC (grabación
MPEG), compruebe que haya un MEMORY STICK
introducido en la videocámara.
■
Los vídeos pueden grabarse en dos tamaños:
160 ✕ 120 o 320 ✕ 240 píxeles.
■
Los vídeos que grabe se guardarán en formato *.asf en el
Memory Stick.
■
Puede grabar las imágenes de vídeo con una
resolución de 320x 240 píxeles o de 160 x 120 píxeles.
■
Los archivos que grabe se guardarán en la siguiente carpeta.
■
Las imágenes de vídeo grabadas en un Memory Stick son de menor
tamaño e inferior resolución que aquéllas grabadas en una cinta.
■
El sonido se graba en formato mono.
■
Las siguientes funciones no están disponibles en la modalidad M.REC.
- DIS (estabilizador digital de la imagen), zoom digital, fundido,
programa AE, efectos digitales, obturador lento.
■
No introduzca o extraiga la cinta mientras graba en el Memory Stick.
En caso contrario, podría grabarse ruido.
■
No extraiga el Memory Stick mientras está grabando en él.
En caso contrario, podrían resultar dañados los datos o el propio
Memory Stick.
