Error Messages
The following messages are displayed on the camera's LCD monitor or LCD panel or in the
viewfinder. Refer to list below for the meaning of the error message.

Card NO CARD A card is not inserted.
Insert a card into the camera. (page 29)
Full CARD FULL The maximum number of pictures has been
recorded on the card.
Erase unnecessary pictures (page 87) or
insert a new card. (page 29)
Err03 IMAGE FULL Number of created files on the card has reached
9999.
Erase unnecessary files (page 87) or insert a
new card. (page 29)
Err04 IMAGE NO. FULL Picture file names have reached 99,999.
Format card to save pictures on the computer
(page 30) or insert a new card. (page 29)
Err05 FOLDER FULL The maximum number of folders has been
reached.
The maximum number of folders possible is
510. (page 65)
Err06 FOLDER NO. FULL Folder names have reached 9,999.
Numbers above 9,999 cannot be attached to
folder names. (page 65)
Err07 NO IMAGE A card on which no pictures had been recorded
was attempted to be played back.
Take pictures on the card and try again.

Err08 ONLY 1 IMAGE A card which had one or fewer pictures on it
was attempted to be played back in cycle
viewing mode.
After taking at least 2 pictures (page 34), try
cycle viewing again. (page 40)
