1).Poweronandpress“REC/PLAY”buttontoenter“Setup”menu;
2).Pressthe5waybuttontoselect “flickerfrequency”icon,thenpressthe
“OK”buttontoenter;
3).Pressthe5waybuttonup/downtoselect“60HZ”or“50HZ”;
4).Pressthe “OK”buttontoselecttherightfrequency.
5).Press“REC/PLAY”or“MENU”buttontoreturntothemainmenu.

Pleasesetthetime(date/time)beforerecording,sinceitwillshowonthe
imageorvideoautomatically.
